Custom Hose & Gasket Fabrication

When you have a gasket, industrial hose, hydraulic hose, or another industrial application problem that requires fast attention and expert evaluation, bring it to us at IR-G.

We are able to custom fabricate any style of gasket, hydraulic hose, industrial hose, expansion joint, or conveyor belt to your exact specifications. All of our hoses are fabricated according to NAHAD (NAHAD.org) hose assembly guidelines (HAG).  We clean, pressure test, and certify that your assembly meets these specifications,  Industrial hose up to 4" diameter  can be crimped or internally expanded.  IR-G also offers complete hose fabrication and kitting. 

In-house welding of metal hoses of up to 4" by trained and certified welders is now available.  Each hose is pressure tested for Quality Assurance.

Waterjet Gasket Cutting

IR-G’s two water jet machines allow us to fabricate custom shapes and parts that can be cut accurately and precisely every time.  IR-G’s design and engineering staff can use your drawings and load them into our cad software.  Our CNC-driven water jet cutters are capable of cutting materials up to six inches thick.  IR-G’s water jet cutting offers precision workmanship with a high degree of repeatability and positioning accuracy at affordable prices.  We can precisely cut a wide range of materials, from the softest elastomers to the most rigid plastics.  For more information on IR-G’s gasket cutting services, please feel free to contact us or complete our quote request form.

Refurbishing Services 

IR-G offers refurbishing of rollers, rotors, valves, valve stems, plugs, pumps and heat exchanger units.  We provide regasketing, replacement gaskets, replacement plates, quality checks, and tests of heat exchanger units.  We can also custom design new units. 

Inventory Management

IR-G offers several inventory management programs, including Kanban, JIT, VMI, and blanket order, among others.  We are flexible in our ability to accommodate your needs.  We can provide complete hose or gasket kitting.  IR-G is available for hose and conveyor belt surveys.  We have specific warehousing for customer-dedicated inventories.  IR-G can organize and design bins with a customized numbering system.
